Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not issue refunds. Plants are living, perishable goods - their condition depends on care after delivery, so every sale is final. Please review your order and ask any questions about a plant's size, care, or appearance at dracaenanyc@gmail.com before ordering, and we'll be happy to help you choose the right one.                                                                                               
Delivery inspection

Your order is delivered personally. Please inspect your plant at the time of delivery, together with us. If a plant is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, tell us on the spot and we'll resolve it right away. Any issues reported after delivery are handled at our discretion only.
